Flipper[1] Pucenose[assumed] is a young frog who attends PS-22. In Buck's Lil' World 38, it is revealed that Flipper is the son of Hipper Pucenose and her husband, Ribbitz. Flipper's name was revealed in Judge Mia Podcast Ep. 1.
It is possible that Flipper's full name is Flipper Pucenose because his mother is named Hipper Pucenose.
