The Business District was the commercial and financial hub of Monkeytown, where most of the population was employed. Streets running southwest to northeast are all named after different species of primates. The district was located on the southwest riverfront. The district was bounded by Highway 101 to the north, Broadway to the northeast, Capuchin Boulevard to the southeast, and the Samu River to the west. The Monkeytown Branch of Monkey's Pride was located in the Business District.
